I bought this cel in May from ExCel. I don't know why it
is still shown as "on hold" on their site. I was buying
other cels at the time and couldn't pass up this one-
especially since it was only $16. The cel came with a 
completely unrelated pencil sketch. There is a little paint
missing from her hair and from some of the lines, which may
explain why it was only $16. It is still a nice cel and I 
looked for a while before I found this one. I had missed out
on one from AnimeNation, I think. 

At this time, I am not planning on selling the cel (although
2-3 times what I paid for it is tempting). As it is one of 
the nicer cels of this character I have seen, I would like
to keep it. I have only sold one cel I bought and traded
two- when I get a cel it is because I want to add it to my
collection.
