I think you mean Tommy.  Pocket had only 6 or so cels from Hyper Police 
throughout the last two uploads, as good cels from this series are 
getting difficult to find. And I took all the ones of Natsuki and I think
one of Batenen, so there were only two left; one other of Batenen and one
of Tommy.  
I am really glad that you were able to get the one you wanted, though,
