Which way did VEGA take for sending？
On my knowledge，Japanese regular international mail service
doesn't warrant sending and have no record for sending mail．
But if VEGA use Japanese post office EMS，Post office find easily find where they lost ，when they lost．
And they insure up to JPY20000．
Ｉ think JPY1500 is enough money cover EMS．

Ｉalso bought cel from VEGA a few month ago．
（Ｉam resident in Japan）
Ｉsent money to them，but no answer.
 And Ｉthought they sent cel little late. and claimed.
Suddenly, Cel arrived with sending date when I claimed.
But I didn't received any answer they received money or
send a cel.
But I am lucky ,I can get a cel.
