Hoihoi, This has me totally stumped.. partially due to the fact that i have yet to see 
all of the Lodoss TV series and partially from a vague memory of the character
resembling one I saw months ago on anime-world-star's site under the hentai
section, but anyway who is this char before i go nuts?!

I've been debating whether it's from lodoss, but that doesn't really matter because I love the char design 
(those pigtails!) and was wondering who it was and where it's for certain from.
