Cels bags are plastic. Polyetheline or polypropaline I think. Simmilar to plastic comic book bags. they protect your cels and keep them from sticking to anything. The only place I know of to get them is: Usagi's house. There is a link on the cels page. http://www.usagishouse.com/ Don't know if they mail internationally but you can always ask. Ja, Kelly :)
