Well, the set price for the Mammote Shugo Getten Reproduction 
cels is 5,000 Yen each.  Mandarake, Anime Shop Commit, and 
other stores in Japan have them for sale.  Due to the price, 
there are plently left for sale. 

I've only seen them for cheaper once-- when K-Books in Japan 
had two for sale for 3000 yen each, which someone probably 
had wanted to get rid of (K-Books deals in 2nd Hand merchandise 
aka "used")
