No...clearing the cache, history, and restarting the 
browser doesn't help.  The site is down, don't know why but
everyone wouldn't be having the same trouble because 
they didn't clear their cache!  Not being able to ping the
server should tell you something.  It's not that the page
won't load, it's that you can't connect to the server.
