Now that is not fair, as it was not an Ebay transaction!
Dispite the guy being a dirty rotten scoundral and all, it
had nothing to do with Ebay, thus feedback should not be left
at all. Ebay will see it as a form of harrasment, besides,
there is now a new feature that you cannot leave a negative
feedback without an item number.
There is a place where you can leave him a negative feedback
and explain your experiance.
