Two reasons I can think of here: 1. - Standard form that maybe they didn't modify. 2. - Kind of a 'heads up' to the bidder. There is always a chance you will be lucky enough to acquire every single cel you want from pocket. In that case, that total is what you'll wind up owing. (plus associated fees ..) So, if you can't afford that total, you probably don't want to submit the order.
