Cels Forum

While I'm still struggling with my site design, I've finally
scanned in most of the cels I own -- mostly Sailor Moon but
some from Kiki's Delivery Service, Tenchi Muyo and some
others. 

I'd appreciate not only some suggestions with web design
but also help with figuring out episodes of some of the
cels. 

For example, Anime Taro had a cel from this sequence (below)
and listed it as the opening from Shin Tenchi. Can anybody
please confirm and can anyone tell such a neophyte as myself
where one could see the cel, in question, in action? Thanks!
