Hiya!
I recommend trying to catch an update at Animanga. Regardless of 
whether you get the cels or not, Animanga always has the nicest Shampoo 
and Ukyo cels for the most reasonable price. You can count on Anime Gambit and 
Anime Chaos to also have reasonable prices for their Ranma cels. Mangaya has some 
very nice Ukyo cels right now, and tends to get in very nice ones, but their prices 
run a little higher than Animanga's would for the same cels. Not a lot higher necessarily, 
but a little. I paid $400 for my nicest Shampoo cel and just under $300 for my 
nicest Ukyo. You can get a nice Ukyo or Shampoo from Animanga for around $100 if you're really on the ball!
