I just have two points, and I'll try to make them as 
politely as I can.

1)  Those who speak japanese, live in japan, or have 
friends who can do either, can't possibly understand how
frustrating Yahoo Japan can be.  We can see these gorgeous
cels that we can afford, but we're not allowed to bid 
because we speak the wrong language and live in the wrong 
country.  Its really hell, because I've seen cels there that
I love, and I just can't have them!

2) What, exactly is the big deal about shipping 
internationally, or speaking a language poorly?? All my ebay
auctions are open to everyone - I always ship internationaly
unless the item is just too darn big.  And many times I've
received emails/bids from people who don't speak very good English - and I never treat them any differently from any 
other bidder, let alone cancel thier bids!!

Also - has anyone seen an American cel dealer who will not 
ship internationaly?? Why is it such a big deal to ship from
Japan, but not to Japan??
