Dear Xane,

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I have NEVER had a
problem dealing with Anime Iland =).  I have ordered from
them SEVERAL times already, and everything has always
arrived promptly.  They even let me know when my payment has
arrived!  The normal turnaround time is about 10-14 days,
but you should take into account that last week was Golden
Week in Japan, so most business are shut down during the
celebration.  Businesses should return to normal this week.
