Cels Forum

I am experimenting with a new layout and I was 
wondering how it looks.  I added tables to display the 
 cels as well as a different overall layout. Yes, I know -
 it's quite the girly theme.  ^_~  Please let me know
if you have any problems with loading time or if there are
areas that need improvement.
