Dear Guy,

I have ordered several times from Mangaya in the past.  In
the beginning, Han was VERY prompt in e-mailing me updates
and my cels after payment arrived.  However, in the last
several months, that has not been the case (You can read
about it if you do an archive search for Mangaya.).  Now,
Han takes several days before e-mailing you an answer if he
does, PLUS it might take up to 2 months before you actually
receive you stuff!  I have no idea what has happened =(.  I
am also waiting on a cel I ordered from Han and sent payment
for last month.  Sometimes, if you e-mail him enough, he
might respond and send out your stuff.

I should also warn you that Japan is celebrating their Golden
Week now, so most people are taking this week off.  All
businesses should return to normal next week, so you should
hold off your inquiry until Monday.

I hope that helps!  Just be EXTREMELY patient, look through
the archives, and e-mail Han every once in awhile.
