I'm in the market for some cheap ($50 or less) 
cels of the man himself, Tenchi. OAV or one of the 
films preferred. I'm hoping for a fairly large, 
open-eyes, face shot; doesn't have to be key or 
anything, sketch always a bonus but not necessary. 
I've scoured the web but so far haven't had great 
results; hoping someone here might be able to 
help! Willing to go slightly higher than my price 
for a really good one. 

Since I've (hopefully) got your attention, also in 
the market for El Hazard OAV cels of Makoto, 
Silent Mobius film cels, ANY Heroic Legend of 
Arislan(arslan) or Phantom Quest Corp. Always 
willing to look at douga/genga. Just in case 
anyone has some floating around they're looking to
