What I personally do is put the cel within a cel 
bag separate from the background. When pressed 
within the glass, it will prevent lines on the 
front
of the cel from sticking to the glass, and all
the paint on the back from sticking to the 
background.
The cel bag protects the cel and does not diminish
how nice the cel looks framed!
