Wrong, wrong, wrong, I can 100% sure you never 
been to Japan, it is not that there are not many
 people go to Japan, there are plenty, and all 
with huge budget, but there is simply not enough 
cels in Japan any more.

If you go once, you will understand, all dealers 
go probably with hope of finding 500 or more 
useable cels, but most don't come home with more 
than 200 per trip!!!!!

And remember there are plenty of "Japanese" 
dealers who live in Japan, other than Taro, no 
one else sell lots of cels, reason, simple, there
 is just not many "Good quality" cels available 
any more.

More people go to Japan will only make the price 
higher, since foreigners pay crazy price, and 
when someone go to Japan with hope of finding 
lots of cels, normally become desperate during 
end of their trip, because it is completely 
different from what they had expected.

You should know the fact before posting, if you 
never been to Japan, perhaps you should not make 
comment like that, since you really don't know
