This is a nice unknown cel. I thought I might ask
what series it's from. It's on E-Bay, right now 
nothing I really want but, I thought I'd just ask
any ways. I thought it was Chibi-Mihoshi from
Tenchi Muyo. But she has blue eyes, not green.
