Hi all, first time poster and cel collecting 
newbie here.  Big Tenchi fan as well as Ranma, 
and Sailor Moon (don't ask why, to this day I 
don't even know why).  I have tried scanning 
hundreds of sites so far for the perfect cel to 
start my collection, and have only come up with 
about 5 candidates (most just average).  If 
anyone can help me with the following it would be 
greatly appreciated:

Any good OVA of Tsunami, Washu, or Sasami (in 
that order) 
Nabiki (from Ranma of course)
Achika (just kidding I know if you had good ones 
you wouldnt sell them :-) )

Price range: I am willing to go as high as $150 
if it's really an amazing cel.
