Well, it looks like I may have to watch the OAVs 
more carefully - I have them on tape from Cartoon 
Network, and I'm working on getting the TV series 
down.  Thanks for responding everyone!  If you 
have a clue though still or guess or whatnot, I'm 
still all ears to hear! :)
