I've bought several cels from Concept Anime and 
my experience has been great every single time.  
They've all been in perfect condition too.

If you don't get your cel right away, keep in 
mind that being a cel dealer is not Alyssa's 
entire life.  She has many other responsibilities 
to take care of but I'm sure she's doing the best 
she can.  Look at Pocket.  It takes a little 
longer than usual to get cels from them but it's 
worth the wait, and people still order from them, 
ne?

All I'm trying to say is that Concept Anime is 
very trustworthy.  If you place an order, it 
might not get to you asap, but it will get to you.
