Dear Anonymous,

Actually, I just bought a cel recently from him,
and the cel I bought from him did NOT come from
Anime Time, or I have never seen it there before
=/ (and I have been checking Anime Time for quite
some time now).  As for the other cels, a few do
look like they are from Anime Time, but I have no
idea actually.  The seller is quite a nice person
who even offered to help me look for some cels
from his own personal collection in Japan which is
in the care of a relative over there.  I don't
know what else to say.
