I have placed several orders with Sato-san and he 
packages very well and ships extremely promptly.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I tend to use the deputy service for things that
I cannot find in the US, like rare doujinshi.
The cels I would truly like are usually still out 
of my price range (beautiful Nausicaa and other 
Ghibli cels), but that is not the fault of 
Americans. ^_^
