I've popped in on the room a few times lately and 
found a decent group or nobody at all.  It's not 
your fault at all, and you've done nothing wrong.

Because I registered the channel with the hosts, 
all the settings will be remembered and the room 
can be protected.  So even if the room doesn't 
show up in the /list, it's still "there" and all 
you need to do is /join #anime-cel and it will 
show up.  If no one's there, just wait a while...

If you have problems connecting to one Newnet 
server, go to the services website:

http://www.newnet.net 

and try a different one.  Generally, I haven't 
had too much trouble using irc.bootsector.com or 
irc.aohell.com
