I believe he checks his email on a very regular 
basis. When I have emailed him in the past, he 
has always responded very promptly. I'm working 
with him for the first time on 8 auctions I just 
won and so far am extremely pleased. 

I sent the IPMO to him on Monday for the 
auctions, so with luck I'll have my cels very 
soon ^_^

As long as the auction had 24-36 hours left when 
you contacted him, I don't think there will be a 
problem. :)

As far as whether he bids for "pay up to this 
amount" or "pay this exact amount" - I would say 
it would depend on how you phrased it when you 
emailed him. :)
