Whoah, people are being a little harsh on the
cel. I am a fan of DBZ, and like a lot of people,
prefer it over GT. There are quite a few GT cels
out there, but the majority seem to be of Chibi
Goku or Pan. Vegeta is less common, and as a SS
the cel would likely be worth more. Unfortunately,
the animation of GT, in my opinion, is 
significantly lacking compared to DBZ. The 
characters look different, more "cartoonish". 
I think the main reason GT cels are less sought
after is because they are so obviously different.
In my opinion, if your interested in a Vegeta cel,
shop around. I have a Vegeta cel that is similar
to your pic, but from DBZ and it cost about 25%
less. But, if you're a GT fan and you like that
episode, or if you just like the cel in general,
I don't think the price is unreasonable. Maybe
just a BIT the "ouch" end of the spectrum.
