I assume right off that the Japanese cel site 
"Take it Easy" does not ship overseas as they 
do not have any ordering instructions in 
English.  They have several cels I'd be 
interested in purchasing via Deputy Service, 
but I am unable to view the characters on the 
page (and thus the prices).  I don't want to 
contact the Dep Serv if I don't know the prices 
(but I really want the cels T_T)  Usually I can 
view (and read) Japanese characters, but for 
some reason that particular page comes up as 
all"????".  Is this a browser problem and does 
anyone know how to fix
