it only takes a few rude people to ruin the
purpose of this cel forum.  how do you know if
these are the exact same cels from yahoo japan?
maybe they are one cel number apart?  and what 
gives you the right to flame someone else's 
starting price?  it appears that these vegeta
cels are from steven's personal collection, and
i know if i were to sell my cels from my personal
collection, i would want a set price for them as
well.  maybe he is only willing to sell some
of his favorite cels to someone willing to pay 
the price. that certainly is not unheard of.
basically, if you do not like his reserve price, 
do not bid.  don't post insulting messages >:/
