Well, it is not really "Anime Taro" who
makes up these shipping costs.  Typically
EMS (insured priority global mail) costs
around $15-ish.  Anyone you purchase from 
in Japan who uses EMS will charge that much.
Hey, International shipping isn't cheap anyway.
I'd rather spend the extra money knowing my cels
will arrive safely. ^_~
