All cel dealers have pretty much the same stuffs
from Anime Expo, so I didn't buy any cel...that's
good, it helps me to save money :)

About VIZ's lottery policy on Takahashi, they
actually announced it on the first day of the
convention which it's last Thursday.  They already
printed out the flyers that you could pick up
that day, but since you weren't there, of course
you wouldn't know earlier.  They have been passing
out tickets throughout Friday and Saturday.  
Actually the lottery is quite easy to win, there's
almost 50% chance of winning an autograph.  Most 
of my friends actually won it.  

Originally, VIZ thought Takahashi would sign and
draw a small sketch for everyone, but Takahashi
said no, so she ended up drawing a very tiny 
sketch (ex: P-chan or a chicken) for everyone 
unless for the ones who won the "Gold" tickets.  
The gold tickets allowed the winners to get full 
size sketches, only 10 out 400 people won the 
gold tickets.  And I heard she's not happy to do
so much signings for several hundred people, since
each VIZ originally informed her to do only 100
people each day, but it ended up double the 
amount.

Since you bought some Video Girl Ai cels, did you
let the creator, M. Katsura to sign them?  I'm
surprised that he dropped by to Comic Con.
