I wish ebay had the feature like Yahoo does where 
you are able to blacklist people. I've suggested 
it to them before, maybe if more people do that 
they will start to listen? ^_^  I know that I 
find it annoying to cancel a bid from someone who 
has given me problems with paying in the past, 
just to have them turn around and bid at the last 
second. ~_~
