I know plenty of places have cels that just can't be ID'd, and others have cels that can't be pinpointed within a
series--nothing more nagging to me than not knowing the general source.  



At this past weekend's local anime meeting, we watched Tenchi Muyo In Love! again, and sure enough, I found the
exact point that it originated.  Imagine my surprise--I've seen so little of Tenchi that I could only guess at the
source.
Now I need to somehow generate a suitable background from a screen capture....
