Basically when I got my cels framed at the framing store...you have to get the cel framed
using museum mount...which is an acid free mat, if there is going to be lights next to the
frame then by all means get uv protectant glass..better safe than sorry. You can
put the sketch with the cel. But in order to prevent sticking as well as making the cel
have a 3d effect (which is great if the cel comes with a background) then tell them
to use spacers between the cel and the other layers if you so choose...but that is entirely up
to you. Here is a suggestion to save you a little bit of money. Don't get a custom frame...
instead buy a nice pre-made frame and tell them to mat the cel into this frame. The minimum
frame size for cels is 11X17, but I personally like 16X20...

what cel did you get?
