As Pharna mentioned earlier in the thread, the cel is from a
show whose name seems to get translated as something like 
"Jewel Bem Hunter Lime".  I haven't seen it myself, but if

there are a few images.  The first LD cover image has a girl
with the little round yellow critter sitting on her shoulder.
It's very cute, whatever it is.
