Nope.  Talking with one dealer, he said the studio,
Sunrise hasn't released them yet publicly.  The movie is
being show in Japan right now, the studio is waiting to see
how the movie will do over there, then they will decide 
the prices for the cels.  If the movie is hot in the box 
office, you can expect the cels will be very expensive.

I have watched the movie myself at AX.  From the visual
perspective, the cels and backgrounds are wonderful, I 
would love to own the cels from many beautiful scenes.
Certain action sequences are great, watching Van in sword
battles are simply amazing.  However, it has a weak plot,
the screenwriter tried to jam too many characters and its
complicated story into a 90 mins film.  It can be confusing
to anyone who doesn't know the original TV storyline.  By
the way, this is a re-make of the basic plot TV series.
