To celebrate my over-a-month period of not buying a single 
cel (whoo hoo! but I think someone beat me O_o), I've finished 
writing a "Quick N Dirty" guide to cel supplies... 

I'd like feedback! (Go through the on-site form)~ This is 
still in the draft stage, and will probably remain so for
