Hello everyone,
   I want to buy a cel or two and I need someone who wants to help. I am a college student and I want a nice cel to frame and display in my apartment. I am really interested in dragonball z cels. I'm not looking for the best cel in the world, but a nice one. I wanna say I'll pay around $50, but I may go a little more if it's really nice. I also may buy a couple if they are two decent ones around $25-$35. If anyone is interested in helping me get a cel, then email me at liontamer@ignmail.com
