My main problem with this issue is that I really don't know
how to tell if a cel is fake or not.  Its been my experience
that Sailor Moon cels are usually well drawn...things that 
are supposed to be round are really round, things that are 
supposed to be straight really are straight.  The touch-up
work is annoying, since the cel was listed as in "perfect 
condition", but my real concern is that it might be fake.  I
just do not know how well these things are drawn.  Also, the
cel number seems off too....I think the letter might be an 
"A", its hard to tell, but the number is REALLY high...I've 
never seen numbers past the teens before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I don't want to 
leave unjustified negative feedback on Ebay, but I also 
don't want to be swindled...and if it is a fake, what are 
the chances that the seller will admit it if I ask?
