That sequence of Angel Daisy is from Wedding Peach OVA DX.
It's one of the power up sequences where the angels call up
their powers and combine them together for an attack if I
remember correctly.  There were only 4 episodes of Wedding
Peach OVA DX made, so it's sort of a bank cel.  I hope this
