Yes, Mangaya does tend to be quite slow at times for shipping.
When I order from them, I know that I'm in for a long wait -
when I have ordered from them (and just gave in and am trying
for a cel I've had my eye on for a while now), I fully expect
that it will be a 2 month waiting period. =/  
That's the main reason I don't order more often, honestly.
I only go for cels I'm willing to wait for. ^_^;

While the wait is overly long, you will get your cels. ^_^
