But, how do I know if it's really a hanken cel.
Does it have some kind of markings, copyright seals, etc on the cel/background?
I saw this awesome EVA "hanken" cel.  Its picture perfect
image is clear, very detailed, shiny, ...just beautiful.
But before I cough up that much money, I just want to make sure.
I don't quite recall seeing any poster, CD cover, etc. where that cel image belongs to.  But then I couldn't have seen 
all of the EVA products of course ^_^;;
And, unfortunately, no one there at the time was able to answer
any of my question T_T
