CCS cels are already way too expensive...I remember when
I first started shopping around for CCS cels and when they
prices first raised because of the demand in Japan for them.
Now we have CCS on TV and I'll see people buying Card Captor
cels before me and identifying them on their websites as 
"a cel of Julian" or "this is Madison". ARGGH! That's almost
as annoying as people buying really nice bank cels of the 
Sailor senshi and calling them by their dub names!! >_<
