If more then one person orders a cel, Pocket has a 
lottery and draws names to see who gets the cel. 
Unfortunately many people will have everyone they know order
the cels for them too. So this makes it very unfair for others.
The same people usually get cels while many people miss out. 
I actually think that a first come system would be more fair
then the lottery.
