I've never heard of a place; I was going to suggest just 
Kinko's, but I forgot dougas have those shade lines, too. 
I think doing it yourself is easiest; one might also be 
able to quickly clean up a douga in a graphics program like 
Photoshop and then print out on a transparency (would require 
a good printer). ..
