I remember awhile back there were some people asking where to get
kite cels.  I found one good place at this past A-Kon.  The US company
that produced had 3 books of them there, so I picked up a few.  I got
 a few and did some major trading to get the cel below :)  As far as
I know they'll be at expo so he'll be bringing them then.
