that's about what ghost in the shell cels go for really
40000 yen isnt that horrendous to me -- i really want a 
cel of motoko! ( it's developed into a need actually...a
bit worrying) but since i am an american living in britain
( soon to be working on a phd) i cannot (atm) legally work.
thsi makes cel buying difficult, and i may well be putting 
a few up for sale soon...(one of my larva cels will go up
for sale for example, as well as amano jyaku when i get a 
decent scan of him i will post it--its a big file atm--too
big to post here). 
i think i will check on that ghost cel to see how it did :)
