Well, maybe not all of it, but some at least. I order from
Mangaya a decent amount considering how antsy I get to get
my cels. ^_^  There are some things to note about them.

NOTE! You will NOT get your order soon. It makes no
difference how you send the payment or how many times you
e-mail. The shortest time I have experienced from sending
my money to receiving the cel is about two and a half
months. The longest time has been five months.

NOTE! You will NOT get fast replies to e-mail. For me, the
average time for a reply has been about a week to ten days
per e-mail. That is *if* I get a reply. Usually I get
around this by only sending messages that require no reply.

NOTE! You will NOT get a notice when they receive your
payment or when they send the cels. Related to this, you
can't take it for a fact if they tell you they'll send the
cels out "next week".

I have to say I have always gotten my cels eventually - I
have never been stiffed out of my money. Also, I have always
gotten what I ordered. Basilcally, with Mangaya, I put in
my order, send in the money and then just forget about it
for at least two months. Each time, I also pray that that
one won't be the time I have to try and sort out a problem
with them. . . >_<

But what can I say? Mangaya turns up some neat cels from
time to time. . . Once in a while, it's worth the extra
effort. ^_^
