 the last time. Many mails, the both of we sent and came in, vanished.
 We have not found this serious problem becuase the server didn't give us
 and you any returned mail.

 We couldn't receive an order and bidding mails for our last auction and
 lottery. In this time, I'm sorry we don't change the results of lottery
 and auction if you offered more biding price than the result. It will
 cause more trouble.

 and an auction.
