It's personal preference, I know, but frames drive me 
absolutely crazy. I liked your cels but I couldn't see them
very well with all the frames in the way and distracting
me.

Other than that, the site was very fast loading (another
pet peeve of mine), but I wouldn't last long looking at
your site.

Just a suggestion.
